Leo Bletnitsky

Over 29 years in the Information Technology field with numerous positions in I.T. and Security management as well as years of hands on implementation. Since 1996 Leo has been the President of Healthy Technology Solutions which specializes in Managed IT Services for Healthcare Organizations, SMB’s, Government, and Education.
Leo is a US Coast Guard Veteran, has 12 years experience in Law Enforcement, has a BA from UC San Diego, a National Security Graduate Certificate from UNH, is a Category 1 Nevada Peace Officer and a former Scuba Diving Instructor. Leo is also a Volunteer with Red Rock Search & Rescue.
When unplugged, Leo enjoys Traveling the World, Scuba Diving, Mountain Biking, Shooting and spending time with his family.

Ben Gilbertson

Over 15 years in the information technology field with numerous positions in IT and Security management as well as years of hands-on implementation. Ben started with HTS in 2015 and in 2020 became Vice President and Partner. Previously, Ben spent many years in supervisory roles in the Seismic Oil Exploration Industry on various tundra’s and bodies of water around North America..
Ben grew up in Alaska and learned from a young age his passion for technology and helping others understand I.T.. He started his career in 2005 with the idea to always be learning and always be helping others. While I am not working, Ben enjoys family time, playing chess and doing archery with his son.

Stan Aleksandrov

Over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry with active involvement in hands-on implementation of international and intricate projects. Stan has previously worked for Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Currently holding the position of Vice President of Engineering at Healthy Technology Solution, a highly successful IT Services Company specializing in the SMB, Healthcare, Government, and Education sectors.

Stan is dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining intricate systems and infrastructures, with expertise spanning hardware, software, networking, security, and databases. Additionally, he specializes in the implementation of cloud-based systems, ensuring adherence to principles like virtualization, scalability, and elasticity to meet organizational needs.

In his free time, Stanimir enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Dylan Mlynarczyk

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Network Operations and Security and has five years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, and IT project management. Dylan's certifications include CCNA, AWS SysOps Administrator, and ITIL Foundations, with a focus on upgrading network infrastructure, improving security protocols, and optimizing system performance. His expertise also includes managing teams, resolving complex technical issues, and transitioning legacy systems to modern technologies. Dylan has worked as a Service Desk Manager, network engineer, and application developer, where he honed his skills in network setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Whether leading projects, securing networks, or simplifying technical solutions for clients, Dylan is dedicated to delivering efficient, reliable IT solutions.
